My safety-first training style is light to medium weights depending on the muscle group and your experience. We focus on proper and effective form, to develop more overall tone, slow build and trim and/or to sculpt your body. This includes stretches, low impact cardio combinations and resistance exercises to strengthen, and provide balance for functional and fun exercise.
In group fitness, I've designed a class entitled SSS, which has two levels. SSS stands for Stabilization, Strength and Stretch. SSS One includes superset combinations and dynamic stretches, while SSS Two adds low impact cardio! I also teach Ball Class which is great fun, with movement, partner exercises and mat work!
As a holistic nutrition coach I encourage integrating healthy options for your activities. The nutritious modifications become part of your current meal and snack preferences. Restructuring of beneficial macronutritients (protein/carbs/fats), along with portion control rather than eliminating favorite food, prevents craving cycles. The goal is a long lasting, happy and healthy lifestyle.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Nicole and benefited a lot from her diverse talents as coach, trainer, athlete. She teaches a variety of classes and is expert in several different disciplines from boot camp to weightlifting and is also great with aerobic exercise such as jogging and hiking. We did quite a few outdoor sessions hiking and jogging which were really enjoyable.
She has a friendly, low-key approach, yet also professional. Helpful on safety and making sure I didn’t injure myself along the way.
