Mind Body Fitness integrates how we think and feel with movements to align our total energy into balance. My safety-first personal training style utilizes light to medium weights depending on the muscle group and your experience. We will finalize with stretch and abdominals!
In group fitness, we safely improve functional and sport mobility with flexibility, stabilization, low weight or bodyweight strength, and gentle cardio reps. We strengthen large muscle groups, core and smaller muscles and limbs for balance, preventative strains, and strength. Class format is standing half the class and then on the mat for leg reps, core exercises and stretch.
As a holistic nutrition coach and sports nutrition specialist, I encourage integrating healthy options that generate increased energy for your activities. The nutritious modifications become part of your current meal and snack preferences. Restructuring of beneficial macronutritients (protein/carbs/fats), along with portion control rather than eliminating favorite food, prevents craving cycles. The goal is a long lasting, happy and healthy lifestyle.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Nicole and benefited a lot from her diverse talents as coach, trainer, athlete. She teaches a variety of classes and is expert in several different disciplines from boot camp to weightlifting and is also great with aerobic exercise such as jogging and hiking. We did quite a few outdoor sessions hiking and jogging which were really enjoyable.
